Jemison High improves scores, adds enrollment

It has been a great start to the new school year at Jemison High School.
Our students and parents should be commended for their dedication and commitment to our schools.
The faculty and staff are excited about the positive effects we have for meeting our Adequate Yearly Progress goals.
Our test scores increased dramatically.
Our enrollment has also increased, and we have added new staff members to better serve our students.
We are excited about our upcoming fall athletics season.
We have high expectations for our volleyball team and our football teams.
We have an outstanding group of cheerleaders this year, and our band is continuing on the great success they had last year and will be even better this year.
Our stadium renovations are complete, and we are ready for the season.
On Aug. 27, we will host our football game with Chilton County High School.
We will sell advance tickets to this game beginning Monday, Aug. 24 through Thursday, Aug. 27 during school hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.
You may purchase the tickets in the school office.
We hope advance tickets will eliminate the long lines and waiting at the ticket booths on game night.
Thanks for all your support for Jemison High School.
It’s a great day to be a Panther!
