Jewell Nolier Martin, 91, of Verbena died Friday, Aug. 8 at her residence.
She was born Sunday, Dec. 10, 1916 in Chilton County, daughter of the late James Baker and the late Mary Jane Moates Baker.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her son, Billy Joe Martin of Verbena; daughter, Minnie Ruth Adams of Verbena; daughters-in-law, Lois Martin of Clanton and Christine Martin of Clanton; son-in-Law, James A. Adams of Verbena; 15 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, nine great-great grandchildren.
Services were held Sunday, Aug. 10, 2 p.m. at Victory Chapel Church with the Rev. Donnie Messer officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton.
