Elizabeth “Libby” Ann Hayslett, 82, of Clanton died Jan. 27 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.
She was born on June 16, 1926, in Caryville, Fla., daughter of the late Evans S. Chasteen and the late Martha Jones.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her husband, Harold “Hal” Hayslett of Clanton; son, Mark Hayslett of Clanton; and sister, Ruth Marcus of Pleasant Grove.
Friends will be received from noon to 1 p.m. on Jan. 31 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Jan. 31 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Anderson officiating.
Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Methodist Cemetery in Clanton.
