Mildred S. Wallace, 94, of Jemison died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.
She was born on Sunday, Sept. 26, 1915, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Noah Columbus Wallace and the late Lula Riley.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her sister, Mary Childress of Jemison; granddaughter, Gail (Tim) Cahalane of Clanton; two great-grandsons, Keaton (Mashae) Edge of Clanton and Sawyer Cahalane of Clanton; two great-great-grandchildren, Grayson Edge of Clanton and Kade Edge of Clanton; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her son, F.C. Wallace; parents, Noah and Lula Wallace; brother, Ben Wallace; brother, Milton Hill Wallace; brother, James Edward Wallace; and sister, Curdie Payton.
Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25.
Services will be held Friday, Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church.
Interment will follow in Macedonia Baptist Cemetery in Randolph.
