Tom Brown, a Clanton Lions Club Member, was recently awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award at the Ladies’ Night ceremony.

During the ceremony other awards were given to members of the Lions Club including:

Billy Adams who received his 60 year pin; Lally Bates received his 5 year pin; Neal Bice received his 10 year pin; Tom Brown received his 10 year pin as well as his perfect attendance pin; Tommy Carter received his 25 year pin; Richard Davis received a builder key award for recruiting 10 or more members along with his perfect attendance pin; Steve Forrest received a perfect attendance pin; Alton Godbold received a 25 year pin; H.C. Johnson received a perfect attendance pin; Bobby Lane received a perfect attendance pin along with his past presidents pin; Obie Littleton received his 40 year pin; Bobby Martin received his 15 year pin; Donny Martin received a perfect attendance pin; Don McAfee received his 10 year pin; Don Mims received a perfect attendance pin; Steve Mims received a perfect attendance pin; Jim Norton received his 10 year pin, a perfect attendance pin and his past president pin and Cecil Williams received his 25 year pin.
