Super sized: Ronnie Joe Price of Jemison proudly grew a watermelon weighing 121 pounds on his Jemison farm. The watermelon variety is Carolina Cross. He purchased the seeds from Wal-Mart and planted the seeds on May 25. Exactly 100 days later, the watermelon was weighed on a certified scale being 121 pounds. This photo was taken Monday.
