John Edward Northcutt, 55, of Jemison died Monday, Oct. 24, 2011.

He was born on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 1956, in Florida, son of the late John Thomas Northcutt and Minnie Pearline Day Northcutt.

He was a superintendent.

Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Northcutt; three daughters, Shannon (Leslie) Gould, Shalaine (Eric) McClure and Hollie (Mike) Robinson; son, Kevin (Jodi) Northcutt; granddaughter, Katelyn Walker; grandson, Jaden Robinson; mother, Minnie Pearline Northcutt; brother, Clyde (Sara) Northcutt; two sisters, Pauline Lovett and Betty Smith; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 25 at Victory Chapel Church.

Services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. at Victory Chapel Church.

Interment will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26 in Thorsby Memory Gardens.
