Colonial Bank in Clanton and Jemison along with Dr. Cox’s office will be accepting donations during a drive for the Chilton County Humane Society this month.

Some of the things that are being accepted during the drive include cat food, dog food, bleach, Dawn dish washing detergent, Mr. Clean and monetary donations.

Organizers of the drive are requesting that those who might to give to the shelter might consider giving money instead. Shelter workers said they would be able to purchase more food for the money given.
