Lewis W. “Pig” Headley, 87, of Clanton died Tuesday, July 26, 2011.

He was born Monday, Dec. 31, 1923, in Alabama, son of the late Sally Headley.

He was owner of Headley Food Center in Clanton.

Surviving are his wife, Dot Headley of Clanton; three daughters, Sally Jane Underwood of Culpepper, Va., Ginger Ann Sova of Birmingham and Melanie Boggs of Clanton; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Christopher Lewis Underwood.

Friends will be received from 1:30-3 p.m., Thursday, July 28 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Thursday, July 28 at 3 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Ralph Brannon officiating.
