Roberson places in Youth Sheep Show at Alabama National Fair

The Alabama National Fair Livestock Shows continued on Oct. 12 as Chilton County’s Bailee Roberson took fifth place in the Junior Showmanship division in the Youth Sheep Show. The sheep and swine shows were held on the second weekend of the Alabama National Fair following the beef and goat shows the previous weekend and the dairy shows during the week. Roberson competed in the Junior Showmanship division for nine-12-year-old students.

The show was held inside Teague Arena in Montgomery, and the Alabama Farmers Federation and ALFA Insurance sponsored the youth livestock events at the fair.
