Isabella High School’s brutal schedule reached its height as the Mustangs traveled to No. 2 Highland Home High School, and were beaten 61-0. 

Highland Home was Isabella’s fourth opponent that was ranked in the top 10 of their respective class when they met the Mustangs this season, and the highest at No. 2. The road features another ranked team in Vincent High School, and Greene County High School who received top 10 votes in the latest poll, proving that Class 2A Region 5 is among the toughest in all of Alabama.

Isabella (2-5) hosts Greene County on Oct. 11 for its next matchup in region play. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
