The Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles held 24 parole hearings on Sept. 17, one of which denied a Chilton County offender parole.

Christopher Robin Wingard was denied parole by the board and received no reset date, and no one spoke in favor or against parole being granted during the hearing.

Wingard is currently serving a 48-month sentence for a Possession of Controlled Substance arrest on May 2 in Chilton County. He has served 10 months and four days of his sentence with jail credit and good time received added in. Wingard’s minimum release date is June 26, 2025.
