Horace Lee Easterling

Horace Lee Easterling, 93 of Clanton, Alabama passed away peacefully Friday, August 23, 2024 at Cedar Ridge VA Facility in Clanton, Alabama. He was born in Alabama on April 6, 1931, son of the late Leonard James Easterling and the late Maggie Giles Easterling.
Horace served in the Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He was a proud union iron worker, cattle rancher, and a prize-winning peach grower.

He is survived by his Sister, Betty Sue Galloway of Birmingham; Sons, Horace Daniel Easterling (Jeaneatta) of Texas, David Easterling (Jodie) of Ohio; Grandchildren, Danielle Fritsch, Adam Easterling, Jonathan Easterling, Erik Easterling, Aaron Micheal Easterling; and thirteen Great-Grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his Wife, Wilma Mable Mims Easterling; Parents, Leonard and Maggie Easterling; Brothers, James Morris Easterling, Thomas Frank Easterling, Jimmie Ross; and Sister, Frances Payton.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00am Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Sunshine Assembly of God Church in Clanton, Alabama with Pastor Jeremy Davis officiating.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Burial will follow at the Sunshine Assembly of God Church Cemetery.
