Marvin “Ronnie” Ronald Mathews

Marvin “Ronnie” Ronald Mathews, age 73, of Clanton, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. He was born October 4, 1950 to Marvin Quartell Mathews and Mary Anna Gilliland Mathews.

Ronnie is survived by two daughters, Brandy Hughes (Jarrod) and Kelley Pace (Johnny); grandchildren, Mattie, Jaden, Guyton, Matthew, and Lauren; sister, Connie Bunn (Larry); brother, Ralph Mathews (Pam); and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Moore Mathews; parents, Quartell and Mary Mathews; and brother, Kevin Mathews.

A graveside service for Ronnie will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Crowe Road, Centreville, AL.
