I-65 northbound shutdown near mile marker 208

UPDATE: The northbound lanes are now open.

Northbound Interstate 65 near Exit 208 has been shutdown.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency released a press release at 1:19 p.m. on June 4 about a wreck and asked drivers to avoid the area, if possible.
The closure of the northbound lane of Interstate 65 near mile marker 208 is the result of a single-vehicle incident at 11:06 a.m.
“A truck towing a large camper has overturned blocking the roadway. The Alabama Department of Transportation is on scene assisting with traffic control and re-direction,” according to ALEA. “The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s is asking everyone to avoid this area and if possible, seek an alternate route. ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.”
