Clint Lee Chappell, 21, of Jemison, passed away on July 6 at his residence. He was born on Feb. 10, 1992 in Birmingham; the son of James Leburn Jackson and Anna Kathleen Glaser Mills.

He was a construction laborer.

He is survived by son, Lamier Alexander Chappell of Alabaster; father, James Jackson of Wilsonville; mother, Kathy Mills of Jemison; sister, Kimberly Fernea of Houston, Texas and a sister, Michelle Chappell of Centreville.

Visitation will be held on July 9 from 6-8 p.m. at Ellison-Cleckler Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on July 10 at 2:00 p.m. from the New Hope Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Edward Wilson officiating.

The body will be in state one hour prior to the service at the church.

Burial will follow in the New Hope Assembly of God Cemetery in Clanton.
