Clyde Whalon “Trip” Ellison Jr., 45, of Thorsby died Friday, Sept. 24, 2010.
He was born Thursday, Jan. 7, 1965, in Chilton County, son of Clyde Whalon Ellison Sr. and Audrey Jeanette Glasscock Ellison.
He was a rental owner of heavy equipment.
Surviving are his father, Mr. Clyde Whalon Ellison Sr. of Thorsby; mother, Mrs. Jeanette G. Ellison of Thorsby; sister, Mrs. Michelle E. (Joe) Headley of Clanton; special uncle, Mr. John David Glasscock of Jemison; two nephews, Mr. Wes Gandy of Jemison and Mr. Corey “Tugboat” Gandy of Clanton.
Services were held Monday, Sept. 27 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Royce Ellison officiating.
Interment followed in Midway Memorial Gardens in Jemison.
