Raymond Mims Parrish

Raymond Mims Parrish passed away Aug. 28, 2010.
He was an active member of Central Lodge No. 70 of Montevallo and the Scottish Rite. He was a member of Magic City Beagle Club for more than 50 years and a member of The Baptist Church of Concord. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Parriah of Flintville, Tenn.; and his first wife of 50 years, Betty Vines Parrish.
He is survived by his wife, Tomlyn E. Parrish; his two sons, Pete Parrish of Jasper and Tom Parrish; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and two stepsons, Lyn Emfinger of Jemison and Jimmie Emfinger of Centreville.
The funeral was a Masonic graveside service at Concord Cemetery on Aug. 30.
