Minnie Mae Burdette, 79, of Tuscaloosa, died Friday, October 19, 201, at DCH, Tuscaloosa.

She was born Monday, February 20, 1939, in Limestone Co., AL, daughter of the late Leon Swanner and the late Mary Sisk Swanner.

She was a Manager of Bama Fever in Tuscaloosa for over 20 years.

She loved the Lord, her family, friends and the University of Alabama Athletics.  She was the best wife and mom anyone could hope for.

Surviving are husband, Buel “Cotton” Burdette, her son, David Burdette and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Mary Swanner and brother, Thomas Glenn Swanner.

Graveside Services will be Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at  11 a.m. at Chilton Memorial Gardens with Rev. Greg Swanner officiating.
