Charles Richard Sexton

Charles Richard Sexton, 71, of Maplesville died Sunday, Jan. 8 at his residence.

He was born on Friday, December 28, 1945 in Alabama, son of the late Buster Sexton and the late Frances Rasberry Sexton.

He was a Chilton County school maintenance worker.

Surviving are his wife, Christine Sexton; son, Greg Sexton; granddaughter, Chloe Savannah Sexton; grandson, Logan Seth Sexton; sisters, Mary (Michael) Clenner and Alice Hayes; six nieces and nephews; special father-in-law, Raymond Oden, all of Maplesville.

Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 10 at Mulberry Baptist Church.

Services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 10 at 11 a.m. at Mulberry Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Mims and Rev. David Bishop officiating. Interment will follow in Mulberry Baptist Cemetery, Maplesville. Martin Funeral Home directing.
