Start of a new streak: Panthers return to winning ways vs. CCHS

The Jemison volleyball team had its 13-match winning streak broken over the weekend by Thorsby, but the Panthers on Monday might have started a new streak.
Jemison (18-6) defeated Chilton County High 25-10, 25-16, 25-7.
Dallis Vanderslice led the Panthers with seven digs and also had three aces. Tanya Liveoak added five digs, and Alexis Reeves contributed four digs and five kills.
Kasi Wells had 15 assists and five aces. Tabatha Cork was good for six aces and nine kills, and Codi Mims had six kills.
Kadie Coker had three digs for CCHS.
