Alice Faye “Butch” Wilson, 75, of Clanton died Wednesday, Aug. 3.

She was born Sunday, Dec. 22, 1940 in Chilton County, daughter of the late Monroe Wilson and the late Eunice Willis Wilson.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are daughter, Shannon & Steve Messina of McCalla; son, Jerry Dale (Dana) Dixon, California; grandchildren, Kennedie & Kylie Messina of McCalla; seven grandchildren of California; companion, Gerald Dickson of Clanton; brothers, Willard (Shirley) Wilson of Clanton, Joseph (Jane) Wilson of Clanton, and Ricky Wilson of Clanton; sisters, Sandra (David) Collins of Clanton, and Sherry (Steve) Cummings of Clanton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe & Eunice Wilson, and brother, Lewis Wilson.

Friends will be received from 1-3 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Friday, Aug. 5 at 3 p.m. at Martin Chapel with Richard Gasser and Kenion Bryant officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Nebo, Clanton.
