Audra Opal Nye, 85, of Thorsby, died Jan. 22 at her residence.

She was born on May 3, 1930 in Morehead, Ky., the daughter of the late Martin Caudill and the late Mary Jane Haggard Caudill.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her sons, Larry Turner, Willie Mocabee (Margaret), Dickie Blair (Carolyn), Dwayne Blair (Ann); daughters, Debbie Nightwine, Delonna Hutto (Herman), Karla Ellison (Roland); 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deliah Blair; grandson, Stevie Moton; son-in-law, Roy Nightwine; 21 brothers and sisters and parents, Martin and Mary Caudill.

Friends will be received from 2-3 p.m. Jan. 26 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Jan. 26 at 3 p.m. at Martin Chapel with the Rev. Randy Reid officiating.

Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Methodist Cemetery in Thorsby.
