Dec. 10
•Warrant served for possession of marijuana (warrant served in Clanton for the town of Maplesville)

Dec. 12
•Criminal mischief (a vehicle was damaged following a domestic argument): Railroad St.
•Single-vehicle accident, property damage only (car ran off road and hit advertisement sign): on U.S. Highway 82 at the Chevron station

Dec. 14
•Vehicle vs. deer, property damage only: Alabama Highway 191 and Alabama Highway 22

Dec. 17
•Vehicle vs. deer, property damage only: Alabama Highway 22 at Mile Marker 54

Dec. 22
•After a traffic stop, a warrant was revealed for failure to appear on a marijuana charge, and the suspect was taken to the county jail: U.S. Highway 82
•Domestic violence: 7200 block of Alabama Highway 22.

Dec. 23
•Private property accident: Construction Sight at the West Frasier Mill (no injuries)
•Vehicle vs. deer, property damage only: County Road 45

Dec. 25
•Maplesville police vehicle struck a beaver: Alabama Highway 22 near Alabama Highway 191.
•Custody dispute (one party failed to deliver a child for Christmas visit)

Dec. 30
•Failure to appear on DUI, criminal littering and driving without a license: Alabama Highway 139
•Domestic violence: Reed St.

Jan. 2
•Assault (two females got in an altercation over a male, slight injuries of hair being pulled out): Dawson Dr.

Jan. 7
•Theft of property (incident happened Aug. 2014): Taylor Made Lumber

Jan. 8
•Forgery: Taylor Made Lumber (Forgery occurred in Clanton; the case was turned over to the Clanton Police Dept.)

Jan. 9
•Whilst a citizen was in jail, his apartment was broken into and a package of steaks was taken. It is believed to have happened the night of the Jan. 8: Foshee Ave.
•Female turned herself in on a shoplifting charge with the town of Maplesville.

Jan. 11
•Driving with a suspended License: Dawson Dr. (arrest)

Jan. 12
•Dog bite: 200 block of Alabama Highway 139 (A citation was issued to the dog’s owner.)
•Receiving property stolen from the West Frasier Mill in Maplesville (arrest)
•A report was made for fraudulent use of credit card on Alabama Highway 22 in Maplesville. The crime occurred in Tennessee.

Jan. 14
•Driving while license is suspended (The suspect had a warrant with the town of Maplesville, was picked up in Dallas County and taken to the Chilton County Jail.)

Jan. 23
•Single-vehicle accident (the driver fell asleep at the wheel and careened off of the roadway, striking two road signs and almost hitting the police department; property damage only):  Intersection of Alabama Highways 22 and 139

Jan. 25
•Single-vehicle accident (the driver fell asleep at the wheel and ran off the road, property damage only): Alabama Highway 139

Jan. 26
•Criminal trespass; illegal possession of prescription medication: 7200 block of Alabama Highway 22 (arrest)
•DUI and possession of marijuana: County Road 10 (arrest)

Jan. 28
•Two-vehicle accident, property damage only: Construction Zone on Alabama Highway 22

Feb. 2
•DUI after a traffic stop for speeding U.S. Highway 82 (arrest)
•Vehicle vs. deer, vehicle damage only: Alabama Highway 139 two miles north of Maplesville
