Johnny Clyde McCraw

Johnny Clyde McCraw, 79, of Maplesville, died Feb. 4 at his residence.

He was born on March 26, 1935, in Chilton County, the son of the late Leonard S. McCraw and the late Lena Mae Rasberry McCraw.

He was a heavy equipment mechanic for International Paper.

Surviving are wife, Anna Fox McCraw of Maplesville; two sons, Tim (Cindy) McCraw of Clanton and Greg McCraw of Maplesville; sister, Sally Crocker of Lawley and a very special young man, Michael A. Smith of Maplesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard S. & Lena Mae McCraw and brothers, Chick and Tom McCraw.

Friends were received from 1-2 p.m. on Feb. 7 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, with services at 2 p.m. with the Rev. David Bishop officiating.

Interment followedin Mulberry Baptist Cemetery, Maplesville.
