Jemison’s boys and girls varsity basketball teams earned wins over West Blocton on Thursday.

The JHS boys won, 64-39, behind Randy Satterfield’s 10 points. He also had seven rebounds and five assists.

Both Tremon Bryant and B.J. Kornegay had nine points. Kornegay also had four rebounds and two assists.

Jemison’s girls won, 37-22.

Laura Vinzant posted 15 points, eight steals, four assists and three rebounds.
