Marshall Anthony Johnson, age 45 of Jemison, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2011, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.

He was born on Nov. 4, 1965, in Bartow, Fla., the son of Marshall Thomas Johnson and the late Martha Gilley Johnson.

He is survived by: wife, Mary L. Johnson of Jemison; daughter, Samantha Diane Johnson of Jemison; son, Matthew Johnson of Jemison; and daughter, Megan Horsley of Oneonta.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 2 at 2 p.m. from Faith Full Gospel Church in Jemison, with the Rev. Douglas Scott officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday.

The family requests no flowers, but that memorial contributions be made to help with funeral expenses.
