Lula Belle Minor

Lula Belle Minor, 83, of Clanton died Saturday, June 23, 2012.

She was born on Sunday, March 17, 1929, in Chilton County, daughter of the late John William Clackler and the late Lillian Estelle Driver Clackler.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her three sons, Larry (Nila) Minor of Clanton, Eugene (Sandra) Minor of Clanton and Don (Connie) Minor of Clanton; two daughters, Glenda McCullers of Vance and Jan (Johnny) Bowman of Clanton; nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.M. Minor; husband, Albert Minor; and grandson, Randy McCullers.

Friends were received from 6-8 p.m., Monday, June 25 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services were held Tuesday, June 26 at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Evie Megginson and the Rev. Glenn Bonds officiating.

Interment followed in Providence No. 2 Baptist Cemetery.
