Kathryn B. Woodley, 76, of Marianna, Fla. died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, in Birmingham.

She was born Tuesday, Oct. 2, 1934, in Alabama, daughter of the late James Edward Burks and the late Minnie Lee Miller Burks.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are husband, John C. Woodley of Marianna, Fla.; two daughters, Lori (Lori Duncan) Woodley of Lee’s Summitt, Mo. and Patricia Woodley of Marianna, Fla.; son, Todd Woodley of West Palm Beach, Fla.; granddaughter, Lena Duncan-Woodley of Lee’s Summitt, Mo.; two sisters, Dorothy Burks Kelso of Sterrett and Margaret Hutcherson of Pinson; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from  5:30-7 p.m., Friday, Jan. 28 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Clanton

Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 29 at 10 a.m. at Resurrection Catholic Church with Father Isi officiating.

Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens located in Jemison.
