Kathleen Gothard, age 76, of Jemison passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at her home.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Claudie Gothard; granddaughter, Lori Johnson; and parents, Clifford and Isbell Stevens.

She is survived by her sons, Ronald (Jean) Gothard of Jemison and Lonnie (Nancy) Gothard of Randolph; sisters, Margie Lindsay of Calera and Linda Stevens of Mobile; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 2 at Mars Hill Baptist Church at noon with Bro. William Short officiating. She will lie in-state from 10 a.m. until noon. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
