The bridge at mile marker 55 on Highway 22 will be closed from three to five days next week, according to a state Department of Transportation news release.

The work will begin at 8:30 a.m. on March 15.

The detour will be Highway 191, between Highway 22 near Maplesville and Highway 31 in Jemison. The detour would add about 45 minutes to travel times between Clanton and Maplesville.
