A shooting in Billingsley on Nov. 21 resulted in the arrest of a man by the Chilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Devin Headley was arrested after he was accused of shooting someone in the 11000 block of County Road 37 in Billingsley. The victim that was shot had non-life-threatening injuries, was taken to a hospital for treatment and is expected to be okay.

Headley was arrested on charges of second-degree assault and is being held at the Chilton County Jail.
