Verbena High School named its newest homecoming king and queen on Sept. 27 as Blaze Raymond and Zoee Cleckler assumed the crowns. Princesses were named for the school from pre-kindergarten-11th grade, and each of the high school grades had homecoming courts. The winners were announced during the Red Devils’ 36-24 win over Gaylesville High School in Verbena’s 2024 homecoming game.
