MONTGOMERY POST — A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, has claimed the life of a Billingsley man. Pablo Crews Garcia, 20, was fatally injured when the 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Garcia was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash. As a result, he was ejected from the Chevrolet and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash occurred on Chilton County 5, approximately one mile south of Jemison, in Chilton County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
