Are you an ambitious leader who is seeking to enhance your leadership skills and develop your leadership abilities? Then Leadership Chilton County is the program for you. Leadership Chilton is an opportunity for leaders to embark on an eight-month committed journey to learn more about Chilton County. This adventure will include an intense series of training and visits within and outside our community. We hope that as an aspiring leader you will consider filling out an application for consideration. Only 16 participants will be chosen for the class of 2024-2025 Leadership Chilton academy.
