The Miss Relay for Life Pageant, sponsored by the West End Baptist Church Relay for Life Team, will be held on April 27 at Chilton County High School Auditorium. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for contestants, and at noon for the public. Wee, Tiny and Little pageants will begin at 1 p.m., and the Young, Junior and Miss pageants will begin at 3 p.m. Door Admission is $5 for Adults, $3 Children/Students and Ages four and under are free. Programs will be available for $2.

Pageant sign-ups for the 10th annual Miss Relay for Life of Chilton County will be March 17 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at West End Baptist Church Family Life Center. Entry fee is $40 for the pageant, $20 for Photogenic or both for $45. Divisions are — Wee (4-5 Years), Tiny (6-8 years), Little (9-10 years), Young (11-12 years), Junior (13-15 years) and Miss (16-18 years). A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to the 2024 Miss Relay for Life Queen.

Photogenic is for ages 4-18 years. All contestants must be a resident of Chilton County or attend a school in Chilton County. All proceeds benefit The American Cancer Society. Applications may be picked up after Feb. 12 from any of the following locations — any Chilton County school, Classy Touch Boutique, Cornerstone Fitness & Wellness or J&J Printing. Entrants may also request one via email from Sunny Mays at Ribitfrog@att.net, or by printing one from the Miss Relay for Life of Chilton County, Alabama, Facebook page.

Applications must be turned in to West End Baptist Church Family Life Center by April 7, from 1 p.m.-3 p.m.

Pageant practice will be April 26 in the Chilton County High School Auditorium. Practice is not mandatory, but highly encouraged. Practice schedule is — Wee at 5 p.m., Tiny at 5:30 p.m., Little at 6 p.m., Young at 6:30 p.m. and Junior and Miss at 7 p.m. The contestant’s walk will be posted on the Miss Relay for Life of Chilton County, Alabama Facebook Page and available at sign-ups.

Flowers from County Paradise Florist will be available for purchase in the lobby on pageant day. A balloon arch provided by POP YOUR PARTY will be available for photos.
