The 2024 Chilton County Basketball Tournament for the junior varsity teams in the county tips off on Jan. 2 at Chilton County High School. Verbena High School is the host school for this year’s tournaments but CCHS will host the tournament, and the Tigers looks to defend their 2023 tournament win on their home court.

The tournament starts at 4 p.m. on Jan. 2 with Chilton County and Isabella high schools squaring off. Maplesville High School gets a bye to the semifinals due to Verbena not having a JV team, and the Red Devils will face Thorsby High School on Jan. 5 at 4 p.m. Jemison High School will play the winner of the CCHS and Isabella first-round game on Jan. 4 at 4 p.m.

The tournament championship game will be on Jan. 6 at 1 p.m. prior to the other county tournament finals.
