Isabella High School outlasted five other county high schools to win the 2023 Chilton County Volleyball Tournament at Thorsby High School on Sept. 30. The Mustangs took down Chilton County High School in the finals, and Isabella’s Lexi Higgins was named the tournament’s most valuable player.
The two schools met in the junior varsity tournament finals as well where CCHS got the best of the Mustangs.
