Chilton County High School’s b-team, or junior varsity, took down the 2023 Chilton County Basketball Tournament after defeating Thorsby High School on 40-29 on Jan. 7. The Tigers’ Cayden Meank was named the most valuable player of the tournament.
The b-team championship took place prior to the varsity girl’s tournament final at Jemison High School.
