Jimmy Wayne McKinnon, 80, of Clanton, Alabama passed away July 6, 2021 at his residence.

He was born Oct. 5, 1940 in Chilton County, Alabama, son of the late Jesse McKinnon and the late Nora Lee Gore McKinnon.

He was owner of the McKinnon Automotive Dealerships.

Surviving are his wife, Myra Lynn McKinnon; sons: Bobby (Dedra) McKinnon and Mark (Brandi) McKinnon; grandsons: Evan McKinnon, Jared McKinnon, Colton McKinnon, Michael McKinnon and Jamar McKinnon; granddaughter, Elana McKinnon; brother-in-law, Floyd Porter.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse McKinnon; mother, Nora Lee McKinnon; sister, Rita Sue Porter; brother, Dan McKinnon; sister-in-Law, Frances H. McKinnon.

Friends will be received Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Clanton First Baptist Church.

Services will be held Thursday, July 8, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Clanton First Baptist Church with Bro. Matt DeBord and Dr. Rufus Webster officiating.
