Nora Kate Camarillo of Maplesville is looking forward to participating in the Peach Festival parade and a year of ice cream as the 2021 Little Miss Peach Queen.

Nora Kate said “my face was in shock and I cried” when her name was called as the winner on June 19.

As a part of her prize package, Nora Kate will enjoy free ice cream from Peach Park for the next year.

Snickers is her favorite flavor.

She had competed in the 2019 pageant and placed as second alternate.

“I really wanted to have fun and win,” Nora Kate said, about this year.

First alternate was Ellie Harrison, second alternate Macie Lovelady, third alternate Lorelai Simmons and fourth alternate Avery Claire Smitherman.
