The Thorsby Swedish Festival Queens are excited to announce that they are now the official Chilton County ambassadors for Siren Snuggles by Emma Owen.

Each year, the Swedish Queens will be ambassadors for Emma’s platform/nonprofit. Throughout the year, the queens will fill bags with goodies for kids. They will distribute these to every police and fire station in our county (volunteer as well), several times a year!

The queens had a great meeting with Emma Owen, Miss Walker County. She will be participating in the Miss AL Pageant this summer! The queens are so grateful to her and her mom for coming to talk to them about the ambassador program and bringing some supplies to get them started.

If you would like to donate supplies please message the Swedish Fest Pageant Facebook page or call or text Swedish Queens’ Director Amy Jolley (205-294-9803). This would be a great opportunity to get your church, group, or family involved and take up donations. We need small stuffed animals, small books, coloring books, jump ropes, colored pencils, and anything else you can think of that would fit down in our snuggle bags.
