Katie Virginia Barrett, 86, of Clanton, Alabama, passed away March 30, 2020, at her residence.

She was born April 15, 1933, in Clanton, Alabama, daughter of the late Byron Henley and the late Ruth Williams Henley.

She was an assembly line worker.

Surviving are her Daughters, Shirley Adams (Joe Earl, Jr.), Teresa Chambers (Keith); Granddaughters, Amber Collins, Jamie Barrett, Katelyn Adams, Heather Jones (Austin); Grandson, Colby Chambers (Kelsie); Great-Grandsons, Zach Alkishawi, Zain Alkishawi, Kaden Adams; Great-Granddaughter, Kate Collins; Sisters, Gladys Riddle Watson, Blanch Nichols, Dean Tyner; Brothers, Randall Henley, Buddy Henley.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Charles Hollis Barrett; Father, Byron Henley; Mother, Ruth Williams Henley; Son, Wayne Barrett.

Services will be held Wednesday, April 1, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Methodist Cemetery with Rev. Erin Price officiating.

Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Methodist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
