Frances Daniels, 84, of Selah peacefully passed away at her home on September 16, 2019. She was born in Thorsby, Alabama, on December 6, 1934.
She married Romaine Daniels, and they enjoyed over 64 years of marriage.
After years of travel, they returned and made their home in Clanton, Alabama, until 2015, when they moved to Selah, WA, to live with their daughter, who lovingly cared for them in their declining health.
Mom enjoyed cooking, gardening, and could she dance! She was quick witted, outgoing and never met a stranger. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Romaine, sons, Danny and Donald, and daughter, Doris, four grandchildren, John Paul III, Joseph Wadley, Dillon and Cole Daniels, two great grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces, and her sister, Kathleen Warner. All of whom she loved and touched deeply. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thelburt and Alzadie Kendrick, six brothers, and one sister.
Please join the family in celebrating her life during a memorial on Saturday, October 5, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, 1460 CR 83, Clanton Alabama.
The family asks that the Graveside time be left to immediate family. She will be placed at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.
For those who would rather not send flowers, please feel free to make a contribution to a charity of your choosing in her name. Shaw & Sons Funeral Home is caring for the family. Online condolences may be left at www.shawandsons.com.
