Gregory “Greg” Stephen Foster, 72, of Jones died Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at his residence.

He was born Wednesday, October 30, 1946, in Georgia, son of the late Jackie Glenn Foster and the late Ruth Whaley Foster.

He was an industrial mechanic.

Surviving are his wife, Margarette Foster; daughter, Toni Franklin; granddaughter, Kayla Loftin; grandson, Gage Franklin; great-grandchildren, Roman Maddox, Dylan Maddox, and Nick Loftin.

He was preceded in death by his son, Butch Foster; mother, Ruth Whaley Foster; father, Jackie Foster; sister, Constance Morgan; brothers, Wayne, Glenn & Larry Foster.

Friends will be received from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Martin Funeral Home.  Service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Martin Chapel with Bro. Jimbo Small officiating. Interment will follow in Cane Creek Baptist Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
