Roy Wayne Clements

Roy Wayne Clements, 75, the son of the late Wilson and Alma Clements, passed away at his home surrounded by loving friends and family.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jane Clements; daughter, Judy Anderson; son, Russell “Bubba” (Jennifer) Clements; grandchildren, Ashlyn Clements, Justin (Madison) Anderson, Caleb Clements, and Dale Williams; brother, Bobby Clements; sister, Carolyn (Charles) Owens; niece, Kim Robinson; nephew, Brandon Owens; and a special friend, Joyce Land.

He was a manager and bus driver, a providing, loving, and caring husband and father, and the best grandfather anyone could ever ask for.

He is preceded in death by parents, Wilson and Alma Clements, and sister-in-law, Patsy Clements.

Also, special thanks to Comfort Care for the amazing care they have given and thank you to the nurse and care taker, Lori and GiGi.

Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 1 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Evie Megginson and Rev. Rex Kent officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove #1 Cemetery.
