Bernice Annette Witt

Bernice Annette Witt, 71, of Jemison died Thursday, June 22.

She was born Saturday, June 30, 1945 in Blount County, daughter of the late James Witt and the late Della Hazel Rig Witt.

She was an administrative assistant.

Surviving are her daughter, Lori (Tim) Culver; four grandchildren, Amber (Nathan) Carlee, Shannon (James) Henry, Austin (Jordan) Culver, Emilee Culver; brother, Kenneth (Virginia) Witt; great grandchildren Emma, Aubrey and Ezra.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Della Witt, and brother, Larry Witt.

She was a long time resident of Jemison, a beloved mother and grandmother, also a member of Light House Church in Thorsby.

Friends will be received from 1-2 p.m., Sunday, June 25 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Sunday, June 25 at 2 p.m.at Martin Chapel with Rev. Travis Bussey officiating. Interment will follow in Pates Chapel Baptist Cemetery.
