Funeral services for Ms. Louise F. Traywick will be held at 9 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 4 at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Jack Foster and Rev. David Richardson officiating. Interment in Chilton Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Clanton. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Traywick, 87, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 31 at Choctaw Residential Center in Choctaw, Mississippi, where she was a resident for six years. She was born in Maplesville and lived in Philadelphia since 1998.
She was a homemaker. Her hobby was going to yard sales. Ms. Traywick was a member of Victory Fellowship Church.
Ms. Traywick was preceded in death by parents, William Nathaniel Headley and Fannie Mae Headley; husband, James H. Traywick; son, Tommy Nathaniel Bean; sister, Elouise Smith.
Survivors include her daughters, Debra Tyler (Charles) of Clanton and Avis Cleckler of Alexandra City; sons, Mike Boozer (Kleasa) of Mobile, David Traywick of Phila, Mississippi and Bill Traywick of Phila, Mississippi; four step-daughters who she loved as her own, Charlotte Smitherman (James Earl), Sandra Smitherman (Larry), Reba Cleckler (Troy) and Gail Davis, all of Clanton; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grand-children; one great-great-grandchild; 10 step-grandchildren; 18 step-great-grandchildren; and eight step-great-great-grandchildren.
