Charlton Woods Bice

Charlton Woods Bice, age 93, of Brent entered into rest at his residence on Monday, Dec. 26.

Funeral service will be held Friday, Dec. 30 at 1 p.m. at Randolph Baptist Church with burial in Randolph Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 29 from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel in Centreville and from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. day of service. Rev. Reuben Compere and Rev. Al Finch will officiate.

He is survived by his daughter, Sue Stephenson of Brent; son in law, Daniel Nicolei of West Blocton; grandchildren, David Nicolei, James Stephenson (Tamatha), Mary Milan, Shannon Estes (Sam), Charlotte Fowler (Scott), Melissa Trull (Luke), Lisa Peterson (Ben) and Elizabeth Lewis (John); 15 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Bice; son, Charles Neal Bice; daughter, Eunice Nicolei and son in law, James Pete Stephenson.

Pallbearers will be grandchildren, great grandchildren, Dan Nicolei, Sam Estes, Ben Peterson and John Lewis. Honorary pallbearers will be Optum Hospice, Cahaba Valley Home Health, Caregivers, Cyndi Blake, Allie Cox, Ayme Parks, and Janet Faye Parks.
