Walter Joseph Kohler

Walter Joseph Kohler, 91 of Lawley, passed away Saturday, Aug. 13 at 9:30 p.m.

Walter was born in Midland, Mich., on Aug. 4, 1925 to Frank and Florence Kohler.

He had two siblings, Alfred and Evelyn (both deceased).

He was married to Annie Myrtis Campbell on Sept. 30, 1946.

Walter served with the Army as a medic in Korea. He spent his entire life in service to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. He was also known to many people in the area as the local handy man.

He was a loving father to Glenda Davis (deceased).

Walter is survived by his wife, Myrtis Kohler, and four children, Brenda Davis, Walter (Ron) Kohler, Anita Shriberg and Dora Aguilar. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
